Miranda Guettlein is a linguist, dialect coach, and teacher based in Fort Collins, Colorado. She is a Knight-Thompson Speechwork (KTS)-certified trainer and served as one of their webinar curators for 2023. She taught voice, speech, and accents at the University of Northern Colorado, and is the editor of the Voice and Speech Review, the academic journal sponsored by the Voice and Speech Trainers Association (VASTA). She has an MA in linguistics from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a BA in linguistics from Regis University. Previous coaching credits include Murder on the Orient Express (x4), Pirates of Penzance, Sweeney Todd, Titanic, The Scarlet Pimpernel, and Noises Off.
Rockford Sansom is a voice teacher and communication coach. He has worked with senior leaders in business and politics, and with actors and singers in major productions around the globe. As an educator, he has lectured at more than 30 universities on five continents. For seven years, he was the editor of the Voice and Speech Review. His book publications include The History of Voice Pedagogy, Vocal Traditions, Voice and Identity, Practitioner Research in Voice Studies, and Voice Work (2nd ed.), co-author with Christina Shewell. His interests include connecting voice to history, teaching, learning, research methods, and sociolinguistics.
